We installed a full French drain system under the concrete floor and an Digital ion sub pump system And piped to the exterior. We also installed grate drainage in front of the bulkhead door and also in front of the water heater if it was ever a failure.

We repaired a badly bowed fieldstone foundation. First we removed all of the loose cement and stucco in between all the fieldstone. Then we pointed the area of the foundation with pipe S cement. Once the cement was flush with the stone, we then installed galvanized lathing and then applied two more coats Of type s cement. Once the cement cured we then ground into the cement and installed CFRP (carbon fiber) and then laminated to new cement. Then we anchored into the sill plate and then installed a 3/4” inch pin at the bottom of the carbon fiber. This type of repair not only save the foundation from moving any further it also waterproofed it and strengthened it for a lifetime repair.
